As a Criminal Attorney, you will play a crucial role in representing clients in various criminal cases, ensuring their rights are protected, and providing expert legal counsel.
*Responsibilities:* * Represent clients in criminal and related legal matters throughout California.
* Conduct legal research, analysis, and case strategy development.
* Provide legal advice to clients, guiding them through the legal process.
* Prepare and present defense strategies in court.
* Negotiate plea deals and settlements on behalf of clients.
* Stay current on changes in the legal landscape and relevant case law.
*Qualifications:* * California State Bar license to practice law.
* Proven experience as a Criminal Attorney, with a focus on criminal defense cases.
* Strong knowledge of California criminal law and procedures.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a legal team.
* Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
*Requirements:* * Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
* Minimum of 2 years of experience practicing criminal law in California.
