*Job Title:* _*Contracts Administrator*_
eSkillz is looking for a Contracts Administrator to add to our Revenue Operations Department.
In this role, you will collaborate with our Professional Services management team to closely monitor contract performance, compliance, funding, and payments.
You will maintain contract records and respond to customer and vendor questions and requests.
This role will interface with internal and external stakeholders.
You will be responsible for defining, documenting, and following processes and procedures to manage vendor and customer relationships and procurement.
In addition, you will work closely with the Business Development/Sales Division to draft legal contracts and/or agreements and provide guidance for open contract negotiations.
This position will require you to fact-check information from outside contracts and research common contract law practices.
The role is a virtual home position.
*Essential Job Responsibilities:*
* Define, document and develop processes and procedures to manage vendor and customer relationships, contracts, and procurement processes.
* Analyze, document, and propose potential process improvements to current contracting processes.
* Monitor contract performance, compliance, funding, time tracking, invoicing and payments.
* Perform contract administration tasks and contract closeout.
* Act as the primary point of contact for contract management, inquiries, issue resolution, and quality assurance.
* Track contract financials, budget, burn rate, forecast.
* Identify risks to contract compliance and delivery and collaborate with the team to define and execute mitigation solutions.
* Thoroughly review contractual documents for requirements, accuracy, acceptability, executability, and legal and administrative sufficiency.
* Review, edit, compose, and interpret contracts and agreements, including but not limited to Government Contracts, Master Service Agreements, Statements of Work, Modifications, Purchase Orders, Non-Disclosure Agreements, and Teaming Agreements.
* Prepare for contract negotiations and develop legal arguments referencing common contract law practices.
* Conduct research and define key requirements and how eSkillz can leverage different government contracting vehicles to offer its services and those of its vendor partners.
* Develop tracking for contract renewals.
* Perform a variety of contracts-related administrative tasks.
*Qualifications Required:*
* At least 2 years of experience managing/administering Federal government contracts with knowledge of FAR, Federal contracting lifecycle, and contract vehicles.
* Demonstrated experience on all contract types (FFP, T&M, etc.
)
* Strong presentation, communication, documentation, organization and consulting skills.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
* Excellent ability to self-manage in a fast-paced environment with an ability to multi-task.
* Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to multi-task; organize and prioritize multiple on-going projects
* Ability to plan and work flexibly to ensure deadlines are met and any unexpected interruptions are dealt with in a timely manner.
* Eligible and willing to obtain and maintain a government clearance.

*Qualifications Preferred:*
* At least 1 year of experience working in a professional services organization (government contractor).
* Certification or Associate’s degree in paralegal or related studies (bachelor’s degree is preferred).
* Experience working in Salesforce CRM.
