eDiscovery Case Analyst

NikSoft is currently conducting a search for a Case Analyst (eDiscovery) to support the eDiscovery team of a large federal agency.
The candidate will experience an unparalleled large-scale enterprise environment managing eDiscovery requests, and focus on continuous process improvements as the client invests in new tools and technologies.
Must be able to obtain a Government Sensitive Clearance (US Citizenship or Permanent Residence/Green Card status required).
Must not have traveled outside of the US for a combined period of 6 months (or longer) within the last 5 years.
Responsibilities: The candidate will lead and manage a team of case analysts supporting the eDiscovery life cycle.
The candidate will lead the end to end eDiscovery request/case life cycle.
The candidate will conduct quality reviews of data within the appropriate databases and request reconciliation of missing case data.
Perform quality control of collection work product.
Review search terms and archival tool output to ensure accurate collections.
Monitor end-to-end collection process for all eDiscovery Resources.
Respond to procedure questions dealing with the collection processes.
Perform analysis of electronic data, related metrics for requests by stakeholders.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a related field.
5+ years of relevant industry experience.
Self-directed and self-motivated with the ability to perform and complete tasks with minimal guidance.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Familiarity with eDiscovery tools, processes, and procedures.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience with eDiscovery Archival and Review tools.
