We are seeking a results-driven Financial Crimes Compliance Manager to join our team and play a pivotal role in building and enhancing our compliance program.
Key Responsibilities: As the Financial Crimes Compliance Manager at Bond, you will: Understand and Optimize Systems: Gain a deep understanding of our systems and processes and identify areas for improvement Leverage your database experience (SQL) to analyze and enhance data collection and processing Build tools and processes to facilitate regulatory compliance and support customer operations Manage KYC/KYB/AML Operations: Oversee day-to-day KYC/KYB/AML operations Collaborate on new product offerings to ensure appropriate controls are in place Automate KYC/KYB/AML functions to create flexible and scalable solutions Enhance existing policies and procedures and create new technical documentation Enhance Fraud Mitigation Strategy: Drive Bond’s fraud mitigation strategy in collaboration with management Work with internal teams and external vendors to create fraud monitoring tools and establish fraud mitigation controls Display Ownership and Leadership: Take ownership of the Financial Crimes Compliance function and drive its success Work with other company leaders on key initiatives Be a Team Player: Work closely with a small, dedicated team to contribute to the company's rapid growth Be willing to take on new challenges in a dynamic environment Qualifications: Proven experience in financial crimes compliance in the banking or fintech industry Strong technical skills, including proficiency in SQL, Python, and related tools; experience with API-based products is a plus Demonstrated ability to take ownership of compliance programs and drive them to success Excellent leadership and communication skills, including the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and bank partners
