We are hiring a Manager, Compliance Quality Assurance.
Job Summary: The Manager, Compliance Quality Assurance leads and supports the Intoxalock Compliance Management System.
This role will own Compliance QA results & processes including the creation/management of KPIs, gap analysis, reporting and process improvements ongoing.
In addition, this role will monitor and provide feedback on Compliance Specialists' calls, emails, and reporting to ensure compliance with state law and Intoxalock policies.
Provide coaching to Compliance Specialists and identify areas of improvement and best practices.
Present feedback to management regarding current procedures and results of quality evaluations.
Additionally, the Manager, Compliance Quality Assurance will assist in building and executing risk assessments to identify gaps in current policies and procedures.
This position requires strong leadership/people coaching, attention to detail, analytical thinking, and excellent problem-solving skills.
The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated individual with a passion for quality assurance and a commitment to delivering exceptional results.
Duties and Responsibilities: 1.
Review and evaluate email and phone interactions between the Compliance Department and internal and external customers.
2.
Develop and implement quality assurance procedures and standards to evaluate the effectiveness of departmental processes.
3.
Collaborate with leadership regarding observations/changes/trends observed between customers and Compliance Specialists.
4.
Identify root causes of quality issues and assist in implementing preventive controls.
5.
Lead internal and external audits to ensure compliance with quality management systems and regulatory requirements.
6.
Recommend and draft revisions to current department procedures to ensure compliance with state and company policies.
7.
Continually coach and develop Compliance Specialists; work with VP of Compliance on team management topics.
Job Requirements: 1.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
2.
5+ years’ experience successfully leading a team in a QA environment.
3.
Understanding of QA practices, reporting, and measurements.
4.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
5.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, computer skills, including Microsoft Office programs and Adobe Acrobat suite.
6.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
7.
Solid understanding of industry regulations and standards relevant to the company’s products and services.
