Litigation Attorney

Top International Law firm is hiring contracted litigation attorneys who had foreclosure defense / bankruptcy trial experience in CA and / or Federal Courts .
Responsibilities: * Review and edit legal documents to ensure proper formatting, including but not limited to: non-disclosure agreements, employment contracts, and real estate contracts.
* Review and deem legally valid written documents.
* QWR, OCC, etc.

* Draft new contracts.
* Negotiate terms and conditions with clients.
* Responsible for legal matters.
* Utilize management skills to resolve disputes with clients.
* Manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
* Manage projects in a timely manner by helping multiple people work together.
* Maintain customer relations even during difficult times.
* Jury trials in CA and Federal Courts * can work on contracted compensation in Los Angeles/ OC Area * top pay for experience * * Job Types: Contract, Part-time, Full-time Pay: $30.
