Client Engagement Attorney

We are looking for an attorney barred in the state of Florida with family law experience that is looking for a fully virtual position as a client engagement attorney.
The client engagement attorney will be responsible for consulting with prospective clients of the firm.
They will use their legal knowledge of the family law process in Florida to guide prospective clients during consultations to the path that is best suited for their situation.
This will require empathy for the needs of people seeking family law help, and a true desire to understand their situation to determine if we are the right fit for them.
The client engagement attorney is to demonstrate the value in retaining our service and is to be a fierce advocate for the type of work we do and the results our firm delivers.
They will usually meet with clients via Zoom but may sometimes also handle the sessions via telephone.
Since this position is fully remote, the candidate may reside anywhere with consistent access to stable internet.

Compensation:
* $70,000 a year
* Performance bonuses ($0-$80K+)
Responsibilities
* Meet with prospective clients remotely to determine if our firm is a good fit for them.
* Oversee the intake process to ensure qualified candidates are being scheduled for consultations.
* Meet business goals for new client acquisition, conversion rates and others key metrics.
Qualifications
* 3+ years working in a law firm with family law experience.
* Conversational Spanish is required for this position.
* Must be a member of the Florida Bar in good standing.
* Client facing experience giving consultations a must.
* Prior sales experience a bonus.

Pay: $70,000.
