Immigration Attorney

NYIS Law is dedicated to providing a full range of legal services, particularly in immigration law.
We are seeking an experienced attorney who has abundant work experience in handling EB2 / EB3 and PERM.
*Responsibilities:* * Majorly handle EB2 / EB3 and PERM cases.
Ensure accurate and timely preparation of each case; * Prepare responses to Requests for Evidence, Motions to Reconsider, Responses to Notices of Intent to Deny; * Correspond with potential clients during the intake process and maintain regular communication with existing clients for active cases; * Stay current with governmental and regulatory requirements regarding immigration policies； * Assist Managing Attorney with case assignment and internal training.

D.
Law Degree from an accredited U.
S law school with admission to practice law in at least one U.
S.
state; * 3+ years of experience and extensive knowledge in EB2 / EB3 and PERM; * Ability to take initiative, handle multiple assignments, and meet deadlines; * Must be thorough and detail-oriented; * Excellent verbal and written communication skills; * Can maintain strict confidentiality.
Job Type: Full-time Pay: $90,000.
00 - $150,000.
