Peak Law is looking for an experienced attorney interested in a contract opportunity to take on litigation projects as needed.
We offer a generous fee split, support staff & practice management software, bookkeeping, document storage and retainer/ fee management.
We are seeking an attorney that can commit to at least 20 hours a week.
While Peak Law actively generates cases, additional compensation is given for case origination by attorney.
Must be available to attend a weekly zoom collaboration/ file review with the other attorneys.
Must be available for any required in-person hearings in the Treasure Valley area.
Must be in good standing with Idaho State Bar.
Drug & criminal background check is required.
Responsibilities:
- Litigate and negotiate on behalf of clients in civil cases
- Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategies
- Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs
- Prepare for and participate in hearings, trials, and other court proceedings
- Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and the court throughout the litigation process
- Provide legal advice and guidance to clients regarding their rights and obligations
Skills:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
- Admission to the Idaho state bar association
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases simultaneously
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and legal procedures

00 - $150,000.
