Titanium Legal Services has an immediate need for a Process Server.
As a Process Server, you will deliver legal and other documents fast, efficient and cost effectively in the area of service.
Responsibilities: Ability to meet deadlines Locates and serves a wide variety of judicial processes originating from the county and various courts Reviews judicial process documents and delivers to persons or entities named in the documents Researches and performs basic investigative work to locate entities or persons to be served Prepares driving route utilizing map or atlas to expedite delivery process Maintains records and prepares daily reports of service attempts including date, time and place of attempted delivery or actual services on persons or entities Performs other job-related duties as required Requirements: Reliable transportation Smart phone (iPhone, Android, etc.
