POSITION SUMMARY: • The Design Contract Administrator reports to the Regional Vice President, Design Services .
• Full-Time • Remote • Anticipated application deadline is 5/3 The Design Contract Administrator is responsible for supporting the efforts of the design team as it relates to our contract business and in accordance with company policies and procedures.
This person is responsible for proposal creation, account creation, and management of the internal business processes related to design services.
Essential Functions & Responsibilities: • Directs activities concerned with contracts for design services and responsible for ensuring full execution of contracts are within company guidelines • Prepares proposals, process specifications, test and progress reports, and other exhibits that may be required • Reviews proposals from other firms for conformity to contract requirements and determines acceptable bids • Gatekeeper to ensure all jobs have necessary information for account creation per company policy • Requests or approves amendments to or extensions of contracts • Prepare manual invoices in accordance with contract and specified performance delivery dates • Act as a liaison between company and subcontractors • Update timekeeping system with job codes and project specific information • Prepare accurate and timely pay applications in accordance with contract specifications • Other duties as assigned Competencies, Skills & Abilities: • Possesses outstanding written, interpersonal, verbal, analytical, and problem solving skills • Successfully and simultaneously works on multiple projects in various stages of completion by leveraging personal time management • Strong conceptual and client-service skills leading to effective problem-solving • Possesses demonstrated ability to function in a fast-paced work environment with rapidly changing priorities, and tight deadlines • Excellent interpersonal skills leading to effective communication and interaction • Possess strong strategic thinking skills • Basic understanding of building systems (preferred) Education & Experience: • High School Diploma • Associate’s degree in Interior design, Architecture, Industrial Design, or related field (preferred) • 2-3 years’ experience in a professional office environment or comparable food service industry experience required • Proficient computer skills in Adobe Suite, Bluebeam, MS Office (Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) preferred • Experience with Autodesk software including AutoCAD and Revit preferred The range provided represents the national average pay range for this position and is considered to be a general guideline.
Pay for this position will reflect the candidate’s unique qualifications and may be higher or lower than the range provided based on employee geographic location.
Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other local, state, and federal law.
In addition to base salary, this role will be eligible for participation in TriMark’s’ benefits programs, including medical, dental, vision, 401K (with employer match), etc.
Leadership positions may also qualify for participation in bonus programs commensurate with role and scope of responsibility.
