Brand new, purchased Tuesday 3/5 from Best Buy.
It's unlocked and my carrier (Xfinity) told me it would work on their service, so I purchased it.
Then after three hours on tech support yesterday they admitted it won't work and I must buy one from them.
I only charged it, then fought with tech support before clearing it back to factory settings and putting it back in the box.
I have a 2-year protection plan thru best buy that I can transfer to the purchaser.
My loss is your gain.
