Are you a People person? We want a Driver Support Associate (Orleans)

We are a large and growing Transportation Company, with a newly created role of Driver Support Associate.
We have a wonderful pool of drivers, but our current staff is short on time to field all incoming calls.
The ideal candidate will be great at listening, calming and explaining.
*Listening to questions, concerns and complaints *Calming fears and working towards resolutions *Explaining timelines and what requests can and cannot be accommodated.
This is a full time position with much phone time.
Must be comfortable using a smart phone, and using/learning scheduling apps such as When I Work.
There will also be some time on the road, so a reliable vehicle is required.

Requirements: Minimal: Clean driving record, CORI/SORI screens Looking to start someone ASAP.
Training days will be on site on Cape Cod, and will be paid.
There will be many remote work days per month.
Rate of pay will be competitive and commensurate with applicable experience.
