_*Description*_
* _Conduct day-to-day recruiting activities, follow recruiting processes and act as a resource on all points of the recruitment cycle.

* _Creatively source and develop a pool of qualified driver applicants using traditional and non-traditional techniques including social media channels, direct sourcing, networking, employment agencies, internet searches, postings, etc.
_
* _Answer incoming calls, make outgoing calls and respond to leads.
_
* _Communicate our driver opportunities to prospective candidates.
_
* _Maintain an accurate recruiting status log and provide daily status updates with respect to potential driver candidates.
_
* _Determine driver qualifications by interviewing applicants, analyzing responses and comparing qualifications to job requirements.
_
* _Work from home office_
* _You must provide your own computer and your own phone_
* _Commission based pay (1099 Independent Contractor)_
