Job Summary:
The Manager of Technical Service Delivery - GRC plays a critical role within our Cybersecurity Business Unit and is responsible for technical oversight of managed service delivery across all cybersecurity domains.
As a highly skilled and experienced professional, you will lead a team of specialized experts, ensuring the successful execution of cybersecurity projects and engagements.
Your primary objective will be to help our clients meet their cybersecurity requirements and address their unique challenges.
Overall, your role will be instrumental in driving excellence in service delivery, building strong client relationships, and contributing to the growth and success of our services organization.
This role reports to the Sr.
Director of Cybersecurity Managed Services at Stratascale.
This position is remote with a Home Office setup as determined by Stratascale management.

com/ Responsibilities: Includes, but not limited to: Oversee and manage the delivery of cybersecurity professional services across various domains, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and technical quality standards.
Lead a team of technical experts, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to drive their professional development and ensure high-performance delivery.
Collaborate closely with clients to understand their cybersecurity needs, assess risks, and develop tailored strategies and solutions to enhance their security posture.
Define project scopes, objectives, and deliverables in consultation with clients, ensuring alignment with their business goals and regulatory requirements.
Allocate and manage resources effectively, ensuring optimal utilization of skills and expertise within the team to meet project demands.
Plan and organize project activities, including task assignments, timelines, dependencies, and milestones, while continuously monitoring progress and taking corrective actions as needed.
Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively addressing potential obstacles or challenges to ensure completion.
Drive quality assurance processes, ensuring deliverables meet or exceed client expectations and comply with relevant industry standards and best practices.
Provide thought leadership and stay up-to-date with emerging trends, technologies, and regulations in the cybersecurity field, sharing insights with the team and clients.
Foster strong client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor and point of escalation, addressing concerns, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the engagement lifecycle.
Collaborate with sales and business development teams to support proposal development client presentations and contribute to the growth and expansion of the cybersecurity services portfolio.
Conduct periodic performance evaluations of team members, providing constructive feedback, recognizing achievements, and identifying opportunities for skills enhancement.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement, implementing process enhancements, tools, and methodologies to optimize service delivery efficiency and effectiveness.
Stay abreast of relevant industry certifications, maintain personal expertise, and encourage team members to pursue professional development opportunities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, including project managers, architects, engineers, and security analysts, to ensure seamless integration and coordination of services.
Maintain a strong understanding of regulatory compliance requirements and industry frameworks (e.
g.
, GDPR, NIST, ISO 27001) to guide clients in meeting their obligations.
Qualifications: 5+ years experience managing and delivering cybersecurity services or projects, preferably within a consulting or professional services environment.
5+ years experience working with various cybersecurity technologies, tools, and methodologies such as: network security Identity and access management vulnerability management incident response cloud security cybersecurity domains Industry frameworks (e.
g.
, NIST, ISO 27001) regulatory compliance requirements.
Required Skills: Excellent project management skills, with the ability to effectively plan, organize, and execute cybersecurity projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
Leadership and team management abilities, with the capacity to lead and motivate a team of cybersecurity professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.

The compensation for this position is dependent on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location and, therefore, will vary from individual to individual.
