Day Time Porter Pick-up Truck/Sweeper Driver

Our night shift sweeper operators clean the outdoor areas of shopping centers, office buildings, and industrial buildings at night by operating sweeper trucks, removing dirt, debris and other trash at these commercial properties.
What exactly does a Day Porter do? Our crews clean the outdoor areas of shopping centers, office buildings, and industrial buildings during morning hours, removing trash and debris and making the outside of the properties presentable to customers.

We are a locally owned, family-oriented business that was established in 1991 and we are seeking qualified candidates for our daily day portering position.
Full time work is available.
Ideal candidate must be able to work independently and be available any day of the week.

Requirements:
Must be at least 21 years of age
Must have a valid driver's license
Must have a clean driving record
Must be reliable and able to work flexible hours
Mechanical ability a plus, not required
The schedule for this job is flexible.
We would like our porter to work 8 hours a day, 5 days a week, but the hours and days worked can be determined by the employee before hiring.
-There will be a 45 minute paid lunch.
-Pay starts out at $15 per hour.
Raises will be given based upon performance and tenure.
$16 per hour will be given after a two-week training period.
$17 per hour will be given after 2 months (60 days)
-Opportunity for overtime is available.
