This role will recruit, screen, hire and on-board qualified drivers to improve retention and safety standards for approved geographic regions and in accordance with company guidelines while promoting our client’s positive culture.
This position will have working knowledge of all current DOT regulations and Federal and State Employment Laws.
This is a contract, remote role for a *Drivers / Owner Operators Recruiter*.
The Recruiter will be responsible for finding and recruiting qualified *Drivers / Owner Operators*, verifying DOT regulations compliance, facilitating the hiring process, and maintaining driver retention.
Additionally.
Preferred Qualifications Expertise in DOT regulations concerning driver qualification required Proven track record of hiring top-notch *Drivers / Owner Operators.
* Extensive experience in driver retention is highly desirable Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Qualifications that would be beneficial: Experience Experience as a *Drivers / Owner Operators.
* Experience in the transportation or logistics industry 1099 100% commission.

Must place a minimum of 1 *Driver / Owner Operator* per week to maintain access to our company.
Most importantly if you are not interested in getting on the phone talking to lots of drivers on a daily basis please do not apply as this is part of your required training before being certified.
Job Type: Contract Pay: $60,000.
