*Position Overview:* * *Title:* Remote Move Coordinator * *Location:* Atlanta (Remote) * *Type:* Full-time/Part Time, Permanent *Key Responsibilities:* * *Client Engagement:* Initiate and maintain effective communication with potential clients through phone and virtual channels.
* *Lead Follow-Up:* Ensure that all potential customers are contacted promptly and followed up after estimate has been created.
* *Follow Company Guidelines:* Communicate effectively with the customer to ensure that our team and the customer are prepared for the job on move day.
* *Relationship Building:* Cultivate strong, long-lasting relationships with clients and referral sources to ensure customer loyalty and repeat business.
* *Remote Collaboration:* Work closely with the team leader and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
*Qualifications:* * Proven experience in sales, preferably in the moving or related industry.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Self-motivated and results-oriented with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
* Must have a computer and phone to utilize for business purposes.
* Familiarity with CRM systems and virtual communication tools.
