*Overview: *The Home Delivery Process Specialist will be responsible for being a subject matter expert on all aspects of the home delivery process.
This includes maintaining and creating standard operating procedures, generating, and assisting in developing reporting and training, as well as coaching operations team members on any home delivery process.
This position may also provide support to distribution facilities as assigned by senior management.
*Key Duties & Responsibilities: *The Home Delivery Process Specialist responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
* Training and coaching delivery operations teams to meet or exceed established KPIs.
* Training and coaching 3PL teams to meet or exceed established KPIs.
* Build, develop, implement, and refresh Home Delivery KPIs
* Maintain, build, communicate, and improve delivery standards.
* Manage stakeholder accountability to home delivery process and standards.
* Partner with stakeholders to resolve home delivery issues as needed.
* Partner with stakeholders to ensure that capacity planning for home delivery is meeting customers’ needs and aligning with cost targets.
* Partner with home delivery operations to gather data/ideas for process improvements.
* Participate in business reviews with internal and external stakeholders.
*Required Experience *
* 5+ years of Distribution Center experience
* 5+ years of Home Delivery or 3PL experience
* Direct experience with final mile independent contract delivery providers
* Proven track record of accountability management with 3PLs
* Bachelor in a related field
*Preferred Experience *
* 2+ years of final mile software experience
* 2+ years of Home Delivery or 3PL Experience
* Experience in structured continuous improvement efforts
*Skills & Abilities: *
* Knowledge of white glove home delivery practices and systems - Dispatch Track, etc.
* Advanced communication skills.
* Intermediate Microsoft Office skills.
* Ensure company policies are communicated, understood, and administered.
*Working Conditions: *
* Distribution location-based.
* Full-time schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
* Must be able to work in an open/outdoor warehouse environment and outdoor conditions.
* Overall ability to move/position product weighing up to 50 lbs.

* Able to drive the designated delivery vehicle and remain in a stationary position for long periods of time while transporting from one location to the next.
