Senior Art Producer

Senior Producer, Art We're looking to build a world-class team of game-makers: folks bursting with creativity, who balance candor with compassion, and always, always, always hold themselves and their peers accountable to what's best for players.
As a Senior Art Producer at Believer, you'll play a crucial role in the success of our first game by supporting development on our character and environment teams.
You’ll collaborate across departments and help build the artifacts and rituals that will become mainstays of development at Believer.
In this role, you'll report to Believers's Development Director.
What you'll do: Project Planning: Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and workflows to ensure timely product delivery Oversee Agile Rituals: Own and ensure the efficient execution of Agile rituals including Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, Sprint Retrospectives, Backlog Refinement, and Daily Stand-ups.
Dependency Mapping: Support the development team in identifying and documenting dependencies Resource Coordination: Coordinate resources and assets between different groups and regularly optimize team size and composition Communication: Facilitate communication between team members, stakeholders, and external partners Production Discipline Development: Support creation, implementation, and refinement of production practices and methodologies for the studio You are a great fit if: You have 5+ years of experience working as a producer on an agile team delivering characters or environments You're an experienced scrum master and/or product owner You've established pipelines, workflows, and feedback processes for artists to take assets from concept to final You have familiarity with artist tools such as Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), Maya, Blender, 3DS Max, Shotgrid You understand the constraints and optimization techniques across PC, console, and mobile You are experienced facilitating communication within cross-functional teams You have experience with gaming and an understanding of player behavior and preferences You have a knack for identifying problems and finding creative solutions to solve them Please note - research shows that certain groups of candidates may not apply to jobs unless they meet every single requirement.

What we offer: Annual salary range: $144,000-$192,000 Making great games is hard, so we do our best to make the other parts less hard.
