Looking for a new home for my metaphysical retail business.
We currently enjoy 1600sqft, but legal issues with the condo association have left us extremely financially injured, making the search for a new location difficult.
I am hoping there is a space out there with a landlord who recognizes the importance of what we bring to our community and would be willing to work with our unique situation.
When operating unhindered the business does well and brings amazing traffic/visibility to neighbors.
Owner operated, with motivated, engaged leadership.
Experience in event organizing and community engagement.

-1500sqft or more, split between retail and studio space
-well maintained (or LL willing to invest in care of the property)
-Separate Customer Restroom
-Has an area for outdoor enjoyment where we can place our fire pit (patio, lawn, etc)
-Can accommodate parking for classes of 15+ people
-Has an area where a vendor market / outdoor gatherings can be held
-Has great neighbors and vibes
-Is willing to work with us while we reclaim our financial stability
