There is no training.
Your application will not be considered if you never worked in this industry.
*We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Legal Processor to join our team.
We’re also looking for people who want to grow in their position as an ability to manage operations will be available.
As a Processor at Rapid Funding, you will play a crucial role in facilitating the legal aspects of our financial transactions.
You will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of legal documentation, maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements, and supporting our legal team in various administrative tasks.
This is a truly unique factoring company in the way we use technology.
There are many benefits compared to other factoring companies.
I am flexible as to whether you want to take a % as commission or be paid a flat salary.
Personally I was surprised what legal processors make so I will pay you more than other companies, as I believe in being fair.
The position is remote, and you would be need to know how to speak with insurance companies.

I’m offering almost total flexibility.
Which is why you must be committed.
I do not micromanage unlike other places.
In fact I need someone who can manage so there is definitely room to grow.

Responsibilities: Review and analyze legal documents related to structured settlements, annuities, lotto Ensure the accuracy and completeness of legal paperwork, including contracts, agreements, and court documents.
Verify payments exist, prior relationships with insurance companies is a huge plus.
Coordinate with internal departments and external parties to obtain necessary documentation and information.
Assist in the preparation of legal filings, correspondence, and other documentation.
Maintain organized records of legal documents and correspondence.
Stay updated on industry regulations and legal requirements relevant to our business operations.
Qualifications: Formal legal training preferred.

having training as a paralegal.
Any type of formal training.
Previous experience in a legal support role or similar administrative position is a must as no training will be provided.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Understanding the terminology and process is a must have as there will be no training.
