Program Administration Utilization Review Specialist
100% REMOTE
Do you have experience in Human Services and want to work for a company that positively impacts the lives of the many individuals it serves? In the Program Administration Utilization Review Specialist role, you will contribute to the company’s commitment to serve others by being responsible for proactive planning measures, accurate documentation of services delivered for audit assurances, and positive outcomes regarding effective service utilization to customers.
Develop plans to accurately measure documentation of services delivered to assure compliance with auditors
Oversee service delivery authorizations, provide quality assurances of service delivery records, and recommend service delivery utilization parameters
Maintain knowledge of updated funding rules and contracts
Notify internal stakeholders for any updated information on service delivery, authorizations, and utilization of services
Provide technical assistance to clinical staff in service areas by monitoring strategies and by providing report analysis of actual service deliveries in comparison to authorized service approvals
Direct and supervise clerical and administrative staff by providing feedback on performance evaluations and by conducting scheduling, orientation, and training
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree required
Minimum 1 year of work experience in human services required
Ability to juggle multiple responsibilities through effective project management skills
Effective communication skills (both verbal and written)
Ability to meet due dates (formal and self-imposed) with minimal supervision
Ability to independently solve practical problems
Acute attention to detail and high quality in all deliverables
Proficiency in Microsoft Office preferred, specifically Excel For Ohio – Basic Excel skills and ability to learn the Ohio state billing software
