With 150 years of experience in the construction industry and a long-term commitment to excellence in over 55 locations nationwide, we are seeking a new team member to represent our Care Center.
The ideal candidate is organized, sales & service oriented, and exhibits the utmost of integrity at all times.
Job Details
Take customer calls and provide accurate responses and exemplary service
Prepare quotes for a variety of work orders including residential and commercial glass needs
Monitor work order progress, and effectively manage follow up process
Understand and use correct product category codes
Ensure business is conducted in a manner exhibiting high legal, moral, ethical and professional standards
Follow established policies and procedures for daily administrative duties
Meet Corporate audit criteria for administrative duties
Ability to determine customers needs with each inquiry whether by phone, email, or text
Strong communication and customer service skills
Capacity for time management and multi-tasking
Proficient computer skills with knowledge of fundamental software
Positive attitude with willingness to learn and enhance skills
