Are you a lean champion looking to impact culture, by leading and coaching lean transformation across the enterprise focused on key strategic value streams? You will report to the Chief Lean Officer, and as a Transformation coach will guide strategy deployment, value stream analysis, and kaizen events to facilitate organizational and operational transformation.
You will impact business growth by guiding change that impacts safety, quality, delivery, productivity, lead time, and most importantly developing lean leadership throughout the company.

Coach lean transformation process on strategically selected value streams
Teach lean tools and guide team members in implementation
Mentor site Lean Leaders
Track results of lean transformation
Lead highly technical and complex problem solving.
Coach and model lean behaviors and actively enable lean culture
Travel to sites and coach in the Gemba.
What you bring to the Team
Hands on experience leading lean transformation including strategy deployment, Value Stream Analysis, and guiding roadmap transformational work including A3 thinking, rapid improvement (Kaizen) events, projects and coaching in the Gemba.
Experience leading and coaching lean in product and process development.
Experience coaching lean practices in engineering, technical and transactional (administrative) environments.
Proven expertise coaching Value Stream Mapping, Visual Management, A3 Problem Solving, TPM/OEE, SMED, 2P/3P, Standard Work, line balancing, quality improvement tools, Cell design, Kanban, Waste identification and 5S.
Excellent facilitation skills and the ability to lead Kaizen events at all levels of the organization.
Computer skills including MS Office: excel, word, PowerPoint, and ability to perform statistical analysis.
Fluency in written and spoken English is required
Bachelor’s degree
Minimum of 15+ years Lean Experience, leading and coaching in operations and technical environment
Ability to travel up to 75%.
