Position Summary
Production support analyst provides end-users assistance while also identifying production issues in the Bridge application.
They provide software application support and analyze software application functionality, ultimately suggesting necessary improvements or fixes.
They ensure effective front- and back-end functionality of applications and consult with software development team, internal users, and clients to approve application performance.
Production support analyst establishes root causes of application errors and escalate serious concerns to senior members.
They provide front-end support to clients and colleagues, and other departments and keep records of configuration changes.
They document processes and monitor application performance metrics.
Duties and Responsibilities :
-“Bridge” Application Maintenance duties
-Database Table maintenance
-Adding and updating client configuration
-Investigating application issues
-Data pulls and ad hoc reporting
-Data Operations duties
-Ensure all data is loaded timely
-Investigate missing data or data integrity issues
-Client support for data transmission
-Client support for supplemental data
You will be successful if you have:
5+ years of experience in Product support or related field
Experienced using SQL
Beneficial to have development, .
Net, and C# experience
