SUMMARY
Responsible for supporting HR and company operations to comply with internal procedures, employment laws, regulations, and policies.
Responsible for monitoring, auditing, documenting procedures, and analyzing data to support audit and compliance projects.
Supports internal HR leaders to help manage projects pertaining to M&A, audit, compliance, systems support and workflows.
Provides internal technical support to users of various specialized HR systems and runs data reports as a subject matter expert.
Supports and coordinates activities for the organization to maintain compliance with internal or external policies.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Supports drafting process for internal policies and procedures; monitors effective usage and updates procedures accordingly.
• Researches and monitors changes in federal or state legislation pertaining to compensation, benefits, and HR systems data privacy.
• Runs reports, performs analysis, and audits various data projects; uses intermediate to advanced Excel skills to analyze data.
• Leads internal data audits related to I-9, new hire documents, employment data, system security roles, and other compliance matters.
• Ensures data integrity and accuracy; follows up with proper team members to correct and update HR Data as needed.
• Provides administrative support for scheduling project meetings, takes notes, and follows up on action items assigned to others.
• Identifies and keeps management informed of any ongoing compliance matters.
• Assists with 401(k) M&A projects and provides HR project support.
• Provides technical support during system (UAT) testing for new system updates, end user assistance, and/or implementation project tasks.
• Audits benefit and 401(k) data file updates to ensure accurate reporting.
• Compiles benefit tier data analysis for updating tier changes.
• Reviews employment agreements for tracking and follow up on compensation commitments.
• Manages the team's PTO requests and approvals process.
• Supports benefit projects such as HIPAA compliance administration and benefit analysis reporting.
• Seeks opportunities to implement process improvements within the HR department.
• Maintains confidentiality of organizational data and builds trusted relationships with other key HR members.
• Complies with HR system data standards and data integrity; enters and maintains complete and accurate information.
• Perform all duties in accordance with all company policies and procedures, and all federal, state and local laws, wherein the Company operates.

QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
Three (3) or more years Human Resources experiences
One (1) or more years Data Reporting/Auditing experiences
SKILLS
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; Working experience at Intermediate level with Excel.
Solid communication, listening and writing skills
Strong financial, analytical and computer skills
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to prioritize work with multiple projects, deadlines, and stakeholders
