Job Description
The Executive Administrative Assistant provides administrative and office assistance to the Principal in the daily duties and responsibilities related to educational administration.
He/She/They perform administrative work of a high level with minimal direction and supervision.
communicate information to students, parents, and staff, and support the broad array of services provided to students, parents, and staff.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Works as a collaborative team member to promote a positive school environment
Communicates, orally and in writing, in an efficient, courteous, accurate, and positive manner while dealing with multiple tasks.
Maintains and coordinates building and administrator calendar
Prepares accurate documents, correspondence, and reports
Maintains well-organized, accurate records and files
Prepares payroll for faculty, support staff, and substitutes.
Assists with the scheduling and placement of substitutes using SmartFind Express
Manages, and reconciles student activity budget and accounts monthly in QuickBooks.
Accepts funds from students/staff for field trips, activities, and donations.
Coordinates fundraising forms.
Monitors budget expenditures, balances, and input account numbers.
Completes budget transfers
Transport funds to the bank
Communicate with teachers about supply orders
Orders Supplies and materials
Inventory supplies
Open boxes, check packing slips, distribute materials,
Input purchase orders and requisitions into Tyler Enterprise ERP (MUNIS)
Assists the Principal with the preparations for functions, events, programs, and conferences.
Schedules staff evaluations and maintains evaluation files.
Updates handbook annually
Maintain appropriate confidentiality
Perform other duties as requested or assigned by the principal/administrator.

LENGTH OF POSITION: Full Time, Year Round 260 days (Unit C Contract)
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Workplace tools
Strong customer service skills
Communicates, verbally and in writing, in an efficient, courteous, accurate, and positive manner while dealing with multiple tasks
Maintains well-organized, accurate records and files
Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize workload
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Citizenship, residency, or work visa required
