Master’s degree or professional certifications such as CPA or CFA preferred.
* *Experience:* Minimum of *10 years* in financial analysis or accounting, with a preference for candidates familiar with the architecture and design industry.
* *Technical Proficiency:* Strong skills in financial software, particularly QuickBooks, and familiarity with Gusto, Procurify, and Fathom.
Proficient in the analysis of financial data and KPIs.

Oversee daily accounting operations by expertly managing financial transactions in QuickBooks, ensuring strict adherence to top-tier accounting standards and full compliance.
Enhance financial reporting by crafting detailed, insightful reports that drive strategic decision-making.
Guarantee precise daily transaction entry and reconciliation, maintaining the utmost accuracy in financial records.
Ensure diligent document management to keep financial records systematically organized and easily accessible.
* *Financial Reporting:* Generate and analyze detailed financial reports, identifying trends and variances to provide actionable insights.
Leverage QuickBooks' automation for timely and efficient report generation.
* *Financial Administration:* Optimize financial administration by meticulously preparing and reviewing tax and other compliance filings at the state level, ensuring accuracy and adherence to legal requirements.
Conduct a thorough annual audit of Workers' Compensation insurance, maintaining compliance and safeguarding employee welfare.
Efficiently administer benefits programs, coordinating all related documentation to ensure seamless operation and employee satisfaction.
* *Transaction Management & Data Entry:* Ensure accurate daily entry of invoices, receipts, and expenses in QuickBooks.
Perform meticulous reconciliation by verifying transactions against bank statements.
* *Document Management:* Digitize, categorize, and maintain financial documents using cloud storage solutions, ensuring organized and secure access to financial records.
* *Payroll Processing Support:* Enhance payroll processing efficiency by providing comprehensive support in payroll preparation and reporting through Gusto, which includes verifying time tracking data and conducting preliminary financial analyses.
Streamline payroll processing and reporting, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Manage employee terminations meticulously and seamlessly integrate with benefits programs, ensuring a smooth transition.
Oversee the financial administration of employee benefits, optimizing benefit utilization and cost-effectiveness for both the company and its employees.
* *KPI and Financial Analysis:* Utilize analytical tools like Fathom to conduct in-depth financial analysis.
Monitor and report on critical financial and operational KPIs, aiding strategic decision-making.
* *Compliance and Process Improvement:* Elevate compliance and streamline process improvement by rigorously reviewing and managing all compliance filings, insurance renewals, and state registrations, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards.
Proactively oversee and enhance financial processes, identifying and mitigating risks to maintain operational excellence and financial integrity.

It is an hourly rate paid for the hours worked at the end of each month and we pay 10 days after.
