The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and nurturing client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, and driving business growth.
As an Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in understanding clients' tax needs, coordinating with internal teams, and delivering exceptional service.

* Provide clients with tailored advice and strategies to minimize tax liabilities.
* Work closely with internal tax professionals to ensure timely and accurate delivery of services.

* Identify opportunities for upselling additional tax services to existing clients.

*What You Need to Get the Job Done* * Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field.
* Proven experience as an Account Manager * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to analyze complex financial data and provide strategic advice.
* Proactive and results-driven with a focus on client satisfaction.
* Strong problem solving and interpersonal communication skills * Ability to set priorities, handle multiple tasks, and deliver results in a fast paced and dynamic environment with the desire for continuous improvement * Willingness and ability to learn new tools and technologies quickly.
