* *Account Management:* Oversee the day-to-day management of client accounts, including financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
Ensure clients' needs and expectations are met consistently and exceed their satisfaction.
* *Strategic Planning:* Develop strategic account plans to align with clients' business objectives and identify opportunities for growth and expansion within existing accounts.
* *Cross-functional Collaboration:* Collaborate with internal teams, including finance, tax, and advisory, to deliver integrated solutions and maximize value for clients.
* *Client Retention:* Proactively identify and address client concerns and issues to mitigate risks and enhance client retention rates.
* *Business Development:* Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and support business development efforts to acquire new clients.
* *Financial Analysis:* Conduct financial analysis and performance reviews for client accounts, providing insights and recommendations to optimize financial outcomes.
* *Compliance and Regulations:* Stay updated on relevant industry regulations and compliance standards, ensuring clients' adherence to regulatory requirements.
*Qualifications:*
* Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
* Proven experience in account management within the accountancy or financial services industry.
* Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and tax regulations.
