```Job Summary```
We are seeking an experienced Controller to join our team.
As a Controller, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of our organization.
You will play a key role in managing financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, regulatory reporting, and financial concepts.

```Responsibilities```
- Manage all aspects of the accounting department, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and general ledger
- Prepare and analyze financial statements on a regular basis
- Develop and implement internal controls to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Oversee the preparation of regulatory reports and ensure compliance with all applicable regulations
- Conduct account analysis and reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data
- Collaborate with other departments to develop budgets and forecasts
- Provide financial analysis and recommendations to support strategic decision-making
- Manage relationships with external auditors and tax advisors
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and changes in accounting standards
```Qualifications```
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance (CPA preferred)
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or finance roles
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and regulatory reporting requirements
- Experience with SOX compliance is highly desirable
- Must be proficient in Quickbooks and Sage
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
