The Vice President of Financial Planning and Analysis at EMS willplay a critical and impactful role in shaping the financial strategy of the company.
Reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer, the successful candidate will lead a high-performing Finance team and work closely with EMS and Payment Cloud’s executive team, operational leadership, and other key stakeholders to develop and implement financial models and strategies that align with the company’s strategic and financial objectives.
*Financial Planning Analyst Responsibilities:*
* Partners with the organization to meet recurring and strategic deliverables; oversees monthly, quarterly, and annual close and coordinates both the monthly forecast, annual budget, as well as the strategic financial plan.
* Performs executive level ad hoc analyses to deliver insightful views into the business operations and financial performance, including financial modeling of potential transactions and “early views” into future fiscal years and scenario planning.
* Facilitates senior leadership decision making by developing reliable, timely, and accurate analyses of budgets, forecasts, financial trends, and other important topical analysis.
* Support accounting team on month-end closing and quarterly filings, as needed.
* Drive consistent and best-in-class processes across business units.
Work with individual business unit leaders to drive integration of financial information, analysis, identify smart actions and mitigate any potential risk.
*Financial Planning Analyst Qualifications and Skills:*
* 10+ years of applicable experience
* CFA or MBA preferred.
· Demonstrates excellent financial and quantitative skills.
* Works independently using project management skills.
* Builds strong working relationships and has exceptional leadership skills.
* Learns quickly and has strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.

Pay: From $80,000.
