Sr. Property Accountant

_Sr Property Accountant_ We are looking for a prudent Property Accountant to be responsible for the direct management oversight of assigned commercial properties.
The goal is to maximize asset value, customer satisfaction and revenue.
*Description of the Position:* * Monitor lease portfolio by coordinating with leasing and accounting team.
* Update basic lease documents for leasing team.
* Track unsigned lease documents and communicate with tenants to assure accurate processing.
* Maintain and enter updates to tenant terms in yardi.
* Obtain and verify requirements for tenant sales reports and Certificates of Insurance.
* Add new entities and inactivate retired properties in the accounting software.
* Review rent rolls for accuracy and run any tenant related reporting needs.
* Accounting requirements, check run processing, review of standard payables and journal entries.
* CAM reconciliations *Requirements of the Position:* * Property Accounting Management.
* Strong Computer Software Skills.
* Yardi experience a plus.
* Bachelors degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
* Ability to read and comprehend tenant lease documents.
* Attention to detail.
* Strong work ethic.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Microsoft Office, Adobe, Excel.
Job Type: Full-time Pay: $80,000.
00 - $90,000.
