We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented HR/Payroll Administrator with expertise in ADP Workforce Now Payroll, intermediate Excel skills, and a solid understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365.
The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate and efficient payroll processing, maintaining HR records, and supporting various HR functions.
Responsibilities: • ADP Workforce Now Payroll - Manage end-to-end payroll processes using ADP Workforce Now.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll transactions, including new hires, terminations, and changes to employee records.
- Stay updated on ADP system updates and enhancements, implementing best practices for payroll administration.
• HR Record Management - Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, benefits, and time off accruals.
- Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations in the maintenance of HR records.
• Excel Expertise - Utilize intermediate Excel skills to analyze and manipulate payroll and HR data.
- Generate reports and provide insights to support decision-making processes within the HR and finance departments.
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 - Possess a working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 for HR-related tasks.
- Collaborate with IT and HR teams to leverage Dynamics 365 functionalities for enhanced HR and payroll processes.
• Benefits Administration - Support benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and communication with employees regarding benefits inquiries.
• Compliance - Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations related to payroll and HR practices.
- Stay informed about changes in legislation and implement necessary updates to maintain compliance.
Qualifications: - Proven experience as an HR/Payroll Administrator with a focus on ADP Workforce Now.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 HR modules.
- Strong understanding of payroll processes, taxation, and compliance.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Effective communication skills for interacting with employees, managers, and external partners.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
Education and Experience: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in HR and payroll administration.
- Certification in ADP Workforce Now or relevant payroll certifications is a plus.
