Senior Yardi Consultant (Implementations)

Rate of Pay: $90,000.
00 - $110,000.
00 Annually Position Description Job Description This Senior Yardi Implementation Consultant focuses on providing consulting and software implementation services to clients in Residential, Commercial, and Corporate real estate markets.
This is a dynamic role incorporating a blend of business requirements analysis, system configuration, optimization, and user training/support.
Ideal candidates will have significant experience implementing a/o supporting Yardi and or real estate experience.
Responsibilities • Develops project plans and manages the implementation within budget and timeline • Analysis of client business needs and assistance in developing specifications for software customization and systems integration • Gathers requirements for data conversions and assists client with preparing for data migration • Manages system testing and rollout activities • Delivers high quality system training customized to client’s business processes • Applies extensive knowledge of real estate industry best practices while serving as a consultant/advisor to the client • Identifies up-sell opportunities and helps clients understand the associated value propositions • Mentors peers and project team members on industry, product, and consulting knowledge and best practices Skills/Requirements • Significant experience implementing Yardi Voyager is required for this position • Experience in affordable, residential, commercial, and/or accounting is preferred • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, computer science, or equivalent relevant experience • 5 years of experience in software or business process consulting, or equivalent consulting experience interacting with clients • 3 years of experience managing projects on accounting, business process, property management, or real estate software • Strong accounting skills is preferred • Experience implementing real estate software systems with medium to high complexity • Comprehensive knowledge of real estate, financial, and IT management best practices • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities • Strong technical aptitude and work experience with technical applications and systems • Excellent verbal and written communication skills that are modified to meet customer needs and level of expertise and sophistication • Position is remote.
An appropriate home workspace is necessary • The ability to travel (10% - 30%) is required Our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our company's size and industry and are one part of the total compensation package that also includes equity, benefits, and other opportunities at REdirect.
In accordance with New York City, Colorado, California, and other applicable laws, REdirect is required to provide a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role.
