* Reconciliation rockstar: reconcile vendor statements and resolve any issues.
* Month-end MVP: lend a hand with closing activities related to accounts payable.
* Vendor whisperer: build strong relationships and resolve concerns with vendors, DCs, and buyers.
* Audit ace: assist with research, reconciliation, and internal/external audits.
* GAAP guru: navigate the world of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles.
* Accounting software whiz: post transactions to journals, ledgers, and other records in our cutting-edge system.
* Communication champion: respond promptly to inquiries from vendors via phone, mail, and email.
* Procurement pro: handle the entire procurement process from start to finish, ensuring timely deliveries.
*Who you are:*
* An accounts payable expert with a knack for detail and a passion for accuracy.
* Proficient in SAP, SAP Business One, and Oracle NetSuite.
* Minimum 3-5 years of experience processing invoices.
* A stickler for GAAP principles and accounting best practices.
* A rockstar with 3-way match processing.
* A team player with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
* Bonus points for procurement experience and strong vendor relationships.
* *Since the position is 100% remote, a working PC (or Laptop) with at least 100Mbps of download/upload speed are required (Symtrax will NOT provide this).
